When you send a top-up request we collect your hafilat card number, the amount you want to add and your email address; a phone number if you choose to provide one. If you contact us, we keep the message and the details you include so we can reply. We do not collect payment card numbers on this site.

Why we use it

We use your details only to process the top-up you asked for, to contact you about that request, to arrange payment and to answer your questions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Storage and sharing

Your details are kept only as long as needed to complete your request and meet our record-keeping obligations, then removed. We share information only with the people and payment partners needed to complete a top-up, and only where required by law.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, email support@hafilattopup.org and we will respond as soon as we can.
