These terms govern your use of hafilattopup.org (the "site") and the request service it provides. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Hafilattopup is an independent online service that helps you request a top-up of a hafilat card used for public transport in Abu Dhabi. We are not the transport authority and are not affiliated with any government body. Submitting a request does not by itself load a balance — a manager reviews each request, arranges payment with you and then completes the top-up.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide an accurate hafilat card number, a correct amount and a valid email so we can reach you. You are responsible for the details you enter; an incorrect card number may delay or prevent a top-up. You must be entitled to top up the card you submit and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Payment and fees

No card details for payment are entered on this site. After you send a request, a manager contacts you to arrange payment. Any service fee that applies is confirmed before you pay, and the amount loaded to the card is the amount you asked for.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available and to process requests promptly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and we are not responsible for delays outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to arranging the top-up you requested or, where that is not possible, handling the matter under our refund policy.
